§ 02 — How the price is built

Hardware once. Intelligence monthly.

The upfront covers the custom-finished machine and its commissioning. The monthly covers the licence, mothership-rotated credentials, signed updates, and the four always-on agents — Brain, Financial, Email, Compliance. Agentic add-ons (CRM, Marketing, Social, and your vertical pack) stack on the monthly. Hands-on service — white-glove commissioning, operator retainer, custom MCP integrations — is quoted on the scoping call. Want full model sovereignty? The Sovereign tier swaps the managed frontier stack for open-weight models — Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek — served locally with vLLM on an NVIDIA DGX Spark, so no external model credentials are needed and nothing leaves the box.

§ 03 — The deposit

R5,000 refundable. EFT-only.

The deposit reserves your commissioning slot and signals serious intent. Pay it via EFT directly from the portal once you’ve configured your Box. We confirm scope on a call before issuing the balance invoice — fully refundable until that point.

Why EFT and not card? The base is significant rand-denominated commerce, and card-processing fees on it are punitive. EFT keeps things clean and SA-domestic — we don’t run customer money through an offshore merchant of record.

Is this the final price?

No — it’s an indicative estimate from your configuration. We confirm scope and the exact figure on a call before any invoice, and the deposit is refundable until then.

Can I change tiers or modules later?

Yes. Hardware is a once-off; modules are monthly and can be switched on or off from the portal as your practice changes.

What if I cancel?

Your Box self-degrades through four documented stages over 28 days and ends as a static archive on your hardware. You keep your data forever.

What if my internet dies?

Your Box runs for up to 14 days on cached credentials, then degrades gracefully until the mothership is reachable again.

How long does commissioning take?

From deposit-received to shipped: typically 5–10 working days. Each machine is provisioned by hand at our Cape Town master station.

Where is my data?

On your machine, at your premises. Not in the cloud. The mothership never sees customer business data — only counts and aggregates.
